Privacy Policy

Last updated September 18, 2026.

In short

We do not ask you for a name, an email, or an account. What we collect is aggregate analytics and, once advertising is enabled, the advertising cookies our partners set. You can opt out of both, and the site still works.

Who this covers

This policy covers usmoneycalendar.com, published by Percival Monge (DG Media Group). It does not cover third-party sites we link to, including government sites and our sister publication Reckonwire, which has its own policy.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and how readers arrive. This uses cookies and collects approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. It does not collect your name, email, or any account information.

Advertising. This site is funded by display advertising. Our advertising partners, including Google AdSense, may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. We do not control what those partners collect. See “Third-party advertising” below for how to opt out.

What you send us. If you email us a question, a tip, or a correction, we keep that message and whatever you chose to include in it. We do not run a mailing list and will not add you to one.

What we never collect. We do not ask for and cannot receive your Social Security number, bank details, or benefit account credentials. No page on this site has a form that asks for them. If a page ever appears to, it is not ours — please report it.

Third-party advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising atGoogle Ads Settings or ataboutads.info.

Cookies

Cookies here fall into two groups: analytics (GA4) and advertising (AdSense and its partners). We use them for nothing else. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break this site — the dates and figures are plain pages that need no cookie to load.

Your rights — California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — which, under California law, can include the cookie-based advertising described above. To exercise any of these rights, email[email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We do not sell personal information for money.

Your rights — elsewhere

If you are outside the United States, including in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR or similar law regarding access to, correction of, and deletion of your data. The same address applies: [email protected].

Data retention

Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule for GA4 properties. Email you send us is kept while it is useful for answering you or documenting a correction, and then deleted.

Children

This site is written for adults managing benefit and tax dates. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
